Terms of Use
Effective date: June 2025. Please read these terms carefully before using this website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Canada House Clinics website at canadahouseclinics.ca ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Informational Purposes Only
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this Site should be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare practitioner.
Medical cannabis in Canada is a regulated controlled substance. Authorization to access medical cannabis requires a medical document issued by a licensed healthcare practitioner following a clinical assessment. No content on this Site creates a physician-patient relationship or authorizes any individual to use cannabis for medical purposes.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
3. Eligibility
This Site is intended for use by Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Becoming a patient of Canada House Clinics requires a separate registration process and is subject to clinical eligibility as determined by our healthcare practitioners. Submission of a registration form or inquiry through this Site does not guarantee acceptance as a patient.
4. Medical Cannabis in Canada
Medical cannabis in Canada is governed by the Cannabis Act, S.C. 2018, c. 16, and the Cannabis Regulations. Authorization to possess and use medical cannabis requires a valid medical document signed by a healthcare practitioner authorized to prescribe under applicable provincial law. Canada House Clinics facilitates access to licensed healthcare practitioners and coordinates with Health Canada-licensed producers; it does not sell cannabis.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
