Registration is completely free. No referral from your family doctor is required. Any Canadian resident living with a qualifying condition can become a patient — online, by phone, or in person at one of our 12 clinic locations.
Who qualifies?
Medical cannabis is a legal, clinician-supervised treatment option available to any Canadian resident dealing with a range of conditions. Unlike many specialist referrals or provincial programs, there are no bureaucratic gatekeepers here — our physicians and nurse practitioners assess you directly.
If you have been living with chronic pain, a mental health condition, a neurological disorder, or another qualifying condition and haven't found adequate relief through conventional treatments, you may be a strong candidate for medical cannabis.
Veterans and RCMP members with VAC coverage are eligible for additional administrative support — our dedicated Veteran Coordination Program handles your paperwork from start to finish.

Meet your Cannabis Educator
A knowledgeable Cannabis Educator completes a thorough health assessment with you, reviews your conditions, and explains how medical cannabis may help. You'll have time to ask every question.

See a prescriber
A Canada House physician or nurse practitioner reviews your assessment, develops a personalized treatment plan, and issues your medical document — including strain and dosage guidance tailored to your needs.

Order through your licensed producer
Within two business days of seeing your prescriber, your chosen Licensed Producer will notify you that you're ready to place your first order. Our team remains available for ongoing support.
