Canada House Clinics was founded by Canadian Armed Forces veterans who understood — from personal experience — the gaps in care for people living with chronic pain, PTSD, and complex health conditions. Today we serve all Canadians with the same commitment to expert, accessible care.
Why Canada House exists
The founders of Canada House Clinics were Canadian Armed Forces veterans who had watched fellow service members struggle to access adequate care after leaving the military. Chronic pain, PTSD, sleep disorders, anxiety — the conditions were real and well-documented, but the path to effective treatment was filled with referrals, waitlists, and administrative burdens that exhausted already-struggling patients.
Medical cannabis represented a legitimate, clinician-supervised treatment option — but accessing it required navigating a system that wasn't designed with patients in mind. Canada House was founded to change that: to build a clinic where experienced clinicians, knowledgeable educators, and dedicated administrative staff work together to remove every unnecessary barrier between a patient and effective care.
What began as a clinic for veterans quickly grew into a national network serving all Canadians. Today, patients from every province access Canada House care through telemedicine or in person at one of our 12 clinic locations — with the same veteran-founded values at the core of every interaction.

Canada House was built by Canadian Armed Forces veterans who lived through the gaps in care firsthand. That lived experience shapes everything — from how we treat patients to how we navigate the healthcare system on your behalf.
Accessible to All Canadians
No referral. Free registration. Telemedicine and in-person options at 12 clinic locations nationwide. We removed every unnecessary barrier between a patient and the care they need.
Ongoing Partnership
A prescription is just the beginning. Our clinicians, Cannabis Educators, and Veteran coordinators stay with you — adjusting your treatment plan, answering questions, and handling paperwork as your needs evolve.
For Veterans & RCMP
Dedicated Veteran Coordination
Our Veteran Coordination Program — available since 2021 for VAC clients — is staffed by team members who understand the Veterans Affairs Canada system from the inside. We submit your medical documents, coordinate with Licensed Producers, and manage ongoing paperwork so that you can focus on your health, not the administration.
Current and former Canadian Armed Forces members and RCMP officers receive dedicated coordination support at no extra cost. You don't need to have an existing VAC file to get started.
VAC paperwork handled for you
Our coordinators submit your medical documents directly to Veterans Affairs Canada and follow up on your behalf — removing the most frustrating part of accessing your coverage.
Free head-to-toe wellness assessment
A comprehensive medical evaluation that documents your conditions for VAC disability claims. Free for all Veterans — no existing Canada House registration required.
Licensed Producer coordination
We work with multiple Licensed Producers to give you real choice. Your VAC coverage belongs to you — not to any clinic or producer — and we respect that.
